Apples , yellow &,red plums are rolling in, and the shelves are stocked with Red Fox raw honey, tart cherry jam, and sparkling apple cider. Small-batch, local, and delicious.

With 250 hives, these hardworking pollinators not only support the orchard's bountiful fruit production but also produce a distinctive honey that reflects the diverse floral environment of Schoharie County. This honey is raw and unfiltered, ensuring that each jar captures the full, natural flavors and beneficial nutrients found in wildflower honey.
