Red Fox Orchards is a diversified upstate New York orchard specializing in apples, plums, cherries, and berries, grown in a carefully managed agricultural environment designed for both quality and sustainability. With over 250 active beehives, the orchard supports strong pollination, increased yields, and a thriving ecosystem.
In addition to fresh fruit production, Red Fox Orchards offers value-added farm products, including canned apple cider and seasonal goods, bringing farm-fresh quality directly to local markets and customers.
As part of its growth strategy, the orchard is expanding into high tunnel tomato production, enabling extended growing seasons, improved crop consistency, and reliable supply throughout more of the year.
Located in upstate New York, Red Fox Orchards is positioned as both a working farm and agricultural destination, supporting local food systems, farm markets, and agritourism experiences.

Our honey is a direct reflection of the Red Fox Orchards ecosystem, produced by over 250 active beehives that support pollination across our fruit crops. Harvested seasonally, each batch captures the unique floral sources of the orchard and surrounding landscape.
We offer Spring, Fall, and Hot (infused) honey, each with its own distinct character:
- Spring Honey – Light in color with a delicate, floral sweetness, derived from early blossoms across the orchard. Smooth, mild, and highly versatile.
- Fall Honey – Richer and darker, with deeper, more robust flavor notes influenced by late-season blooms. Full-bodied and complex.
- Hot Honey – Infused with a subtle heat, balancing natural sweetness with a warm finish. Ideal for culinary use, pairing with cheeses, meats, and specialty dishes.

We currently offer three signature varieties:
